Whole Baby Sleep

A Holistic View on Infant Sleep and Wellness

Whether you crib sleep, co-sleep, breastfeed, bottle feed, or anything in between...

You deserve high level support to create healthy sleep habits for you and your baby!

But here's the problem...

  • You feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start.

  • You don't have time to spend hours searching the internet for answers that leave you with more questions.

  • Other sleep programs you've tried haven't aligned with your family's individual needs and priorities.

I've been there!

I am a pediatric physical therapist who specializes in working with young infants and their families. I work with babies who have trouble sleeping, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and trouble tolerating and advancing age-appropriate motor milestones like tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking.

I am a holistic therapist, which means I assess and treat the whole child, not individual parts. In doing this, I am better able to support the health and wellness of the child and family.

My own son was born premature and struggled with all of these issues. It wasn’t until we really looked at his WHOLE body that he started improving not only in sleep, but in all areas of development!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long do I have access?

You have 12 month access to the trainings and replays.

  • How is this course different than other sleep courses?

This is not a rigid sleep program that leaves no room for your baby's individual needs. Instead, we focus on providing you the underlying information you need to pivot and support your baby as they grow. Unlike other sleep courses, books, or plans that tell you what your sleep goals should be, in this course you will be encouraged to create your own sleep goals and priorities and then you will receive the education and tools to meet those goals.

  • What if my baby isn't here yet?

This course will help you put together an ACTION plan to set up your baby's sleep environment and troubleshoot common sleep problems from the very beginning. These are strategies you can implement from day one so you feel prepared when you bring your newborn home.

  • Will this help if I have an older baby?

ABSOLUTELY!! It is never too late to implement healthy sleep strategies. We go beyond looking at behavioral strategies and dive deep into understanding why your older baby might be struggling with sleep.
